Description

Glow in the Dark will add fun and glow to any craft project! Our luminescent ink combinations “charge” in regular light and then “glow” in reduced light. With textile applications from tee shirts to Halloween costumes, Glow in the dark vinyl will stand out on any project.

Heat Press Application

• Create a design and place your setting to mirror your design space.
• Tip: By mirroring your design you are flipping the placement so when you place the design down it is right side up.
• Place shiny color side down on your mat. The dull side (no color) is facing up during cutting.
• Cut design and weed vinyl.
• Place the item on the heat press and put your vinyl design in the area you want to press.
• Place a cover sheet (Teflon paper or Parchment paper) over your design and press with medium pressure at 300°F – 315°F for 15 seconds.
• Open press, allow the design to cool, and cold peel application sheet in 1 pull for best results Remove the product from the press.
• Tip for Material – For best glow results place the finished product in sunlight or under a bright light for 2 hours to achieve the best glow.

Hand Iron Application

• Create a design and place your setting to mirror your design space.
• Tip: By mirroring your design you are flipping the placement so when you place the design down it is right side up.
• Place shiny color side down on your mat. The dull side (no color) is facing up during cutting.
• Cut design and weed vinyl.
• Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen pending the item you are pressing.
• Place on a flat hard surface (an Iron board is not recommended).
• To achieve the best results, don’t use the steam function on the hand iron.
• Place a cover sheet (Teflon paper or Parchment paper) over your design and press iron with firm pressure straight down for 30 to 60 seconds (pending the design).
• Tip: Don’t move the iron slide to slide.
• Allow the design to cool for a few seconds and cold peel the application sheet in 1 pull for best results.
• Tip: If the design lifts up during the cold peel process, re-press the design area with a cover sheet for 10 seconds.

Material Recommendations

• All products should be polyester or cotton. Nylon materials will not work.
• 100% Polyester
• 100% Cotton
• 50% cotton / 50% polyester

Care Instructions

• For best care we suggest waiting 24 to 48 hours before washing your garment.
• Suggest turning the item inside out and washing it in cold water.
• Suggest to dry on low setting or hang dry item for the best care.
• Suggest staying away from using chlorine bleach.
